Fee Payment, Arrival and Student Pass Formalities


The student needs to make the Course Fee Payment via Telegraphic Transfer to the College after signing the Standard PEI-Student contract and the Advisory Note.

For Telegraphic Transfer (TT), please quote Student Name and Course Title and Passport No, under the payment details in the TT Form.

Upon receipt of the course fees, Collage shall make payment to ICA for the issuance of IPA (In-principle Approval). The IPA letter usually is valid for two months from the issuance date or the Course Commencement date (whichever is later). The student will then prepare for his/her arrival in Singapore.

Collage email the original copy of the IPA letter and Confirmation of Enrolment to the student through his/her recruitment agent or marketing staff. Upon arrival, Collage will assist the student in the formalities for the collection of student pass.

you will need to visit the Student’s Pass Unit on the 4th floor of ICA Building (details above), to complete the formalities and collect your Student’s Pass within the duration of your Visit Pass.

To complete the formalities and collect your Student’s Pass, you will need to provide original documents and/or photocopies as required.

Student’s Pass applicants aged 15 or older may be required to undergo a medical check-up. Your IPA letter will mention if it is required in your case.
